Cost of services in excess of the limit

  • If the limit of calls to support in regular work schedule is exhausted, the cost of the call will be 60EUR / h.
  • If alarm calls limit ** is exhausted, the cost will be 120EUR / h.
  • *Staff working hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm
  • **Emergency call from 6 pm to 8 am, and Weekend
